These mugs showcase some really fun and unique ceramic techniques while highlighting the natural beauty of two different clay varieties. Each mug begins with a wheel thrown mug body, thrown by hand on the potter's wheel using a heavily speckled white stoneware. The front of the mug is then embellished with delicate white flowers, each petal rolled by hand and carefully attached to the vessel itself. They are beautiful, delicate, elegant, and as you can imagine, a real labor of love!
The mugs are glazed in a food safe glaze, mixed in-house using materials that are free of lead and heavy metals. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
